Traffic in Praça Kazuo Kimura, also known as the Habib's Roundabout, experienced significant congestion on Wednesday afternoon due to the approach of a truck suspected of being in violation of regulations. Municipal Security officials confirmed that the truck was stopped for inspection as it was observed traveling without a visible front license plate, raising suspicions about its compliance with local traffic laws.
