The incident occurred around 5:50 AM when the victim was approached by a man on a motorcycle who stopped in front of her. The woman, complying with the situation, placed her cell phone on the roof of a parked car before stepping away. The assailant, who was wearing a hoodie, quickly took the phone and fled the scene.
