Leomar Glayson de Abreu, a 41-year-old man, was shot and killed in the Água Mineral neighborhood of North Teresina on the afternoon of Tuesday, October 17. He was sitting on a sidewalk when a man on a bicycle approached him and fired approximately six shots.
