Cat Tongue Reinforces Baden Baden Beer with Chocolate
Baden Baden has partnered with Kopenhagen to release a limited-edition chocolate beer, 'Baden Baden Língua de Gato,' for Easter 2025.
Baden Baden, a brewery owned by Heineken, has launched a new limited-edition chocolate beer called 'Baden Baden Língua de Gato' in collaboration with the Kopenhagen brand. This release follows the successful comeback of the Baden Baden Chocolate beer for Easter 2025, signifying a strategic move to enhance consumer engagement through innovative products. Ilana Boukai Lencastre, Heineken's super premium brand marketing manager in Brazil, emphasizes that this partnership aims to create products that foster real connections with consumers.
The new beer maintains the same alcohol content as its predecessor at 6%, but it features an even lower bitterness level, decreasing from 20 to 10 IBU, making it less bitter than even a regular Heineken, which has around 19 IBU. The limited availability until June or until the stock lasts highlights the exclusivity of the product, thus creating a sense of urgency among consumers eager to explore this unique beer. Such collaborations are designed to resonate with festive occasions, especially Easter, enhancing the brand's visibility during significant cultural celebrations.
This launch can be seen as part of Heineken’s strategy to diversify their offerings and appeal to different consumer preferences, solidifying their presence in the premium beverage market. By integrating chocolate into a beer format, they not only cater to traditional beer enjoyers but also attract those who appreciate gourmet combinations, further expanding their consumer base during festive seasons.
