Submissions must adhere to specific formatting guidelines, including a minimum length of 200,000 characters, printed in two copies, with numbered pages and a font size of 12. Authors are required to submit their manuscripts anonymously, clearly labeling their works with a keyword and enclosing personal information in a sealed envelope that is also marked with the same keyword.
