This initiative has gained popularity as highlighted by local residents who frequently utilize this service for essential errands such as dental appointments. For instance, one passenger, Sanita Zignere, emphasized the convenience it offers by allowing parents to minimize wait times during children's medical visits by providing easy transportation to necessary appointments.

The transport service aims to improve accessibility in remote areas, where public transport options may be limited. Another passenger, Ilze Migoviča, noted that although she does not live in Alsunga, she relies on the service while attending to her late grandmother's home. She mentioned the difficulties faced in reaching other locations and how this on-demand transportation addressed her needs, indicating the importance of such services for residents in rural areas where access to shops and services is not readily available.
