This year, five films from the previous year are in contention, showcasing a variety of stories and characters that reflect the diverse experiences of different generations. The nominees include 'Fränk' by director Tõnis Pill, 'Kikilipsuga mässaja' by Jaan Tootsen, 'Minu pere ja muud klounid' by Heilika Pikkov and Liina Särkinen, 'Pikad paberid' by Meel Paliale, and 'Torn' by Kullar Viimne.
