Mário Márcio de Freitas Fialho, a 19-year-old, is currently evading capture by the Civil Police of Mato Grosso do Sul. He is a suspect in the murder of a 20-year-old man, Luiz Henrique Souza da Silva, who was shot multiple times while sitting outside his home. The crime, believed to be motivated by a debt of R$ 600, took place on January 30 in the Parque do Lageado neighborhood of Campo Grande.

According to police reports, Fialho approached the victim and fired several rounds, fatally injuring him in the head and chest. Following the shooting, the suspect entered the home and targeted the victim's mother-in-law and two young children. Fortunately, the children managed to hide behind a sofa, escaping physical harm. Local authorities have since arrested a 21-year-old man believed to be the mastermind behind the attack, adding to the seriousness of the case.
