Supermarkets Win Victory with Reduction of ICMS Deadlines

The supermarket sector in São Paulo achieved a significant reduction in the deadlines for the return of ICMS credits following discussions with the state government.

The Brazilian supermarket sector celebrated a major victory with the state government of São Paulo as a result of negotiations regarding a reduction in the deadlines for the return of ICMS (Tax on Circulation of Goods and Services) credits after the end of the tax substitution regime.
