A serious incident occurred at a daycare in Iittala, Hämeenlinna, where approximately 60 children were served chicken noodle casserole that mistakenly contained raw chicken. The situation became evident to the daycare staff during the meal when they noticed that the chicken was not fully cooked. Although some groups within the daycare received properly cooked chicken, the raw chicken inadvertently served to a number of children posed significant health risks.
