Farmácia do Povo receives new computers to speed up service in Piauí

On Monday, the 16th, the Directorate of Pharmaceutical Assistance (DUAF) from the Health Department of Piauí announced the arrival of new computers intended to modernize the information systems at the Farmácia do Povo. This upgrade is part of a broader effort to enhance the technological infrastructure of public health services, ensuring that the service provided to users is faster and more efficient. These new computers will significantly improve the processes of registration, information updates, and tracking of services provided within the Farmácia do Povo network, which operates both in Teresina and in various municipalities throughout the state. The health authorities emphasized that this technological enhancement will not only expedite the service delivery but also streamline internal operations, allowing staff to better manage workload and service demands. With the first batch consisting of 13 new computers, the initiative will benefit multiple locations, including Teresina, Floriano, Parnaíba, Piripiri, Campo Maior, and Picos.
