A suspect involved in the theft of a municipal loader was shot in the arm by the local Guard Civil Municipal (GCM) during an encounter in Mogi das Cruzes, Brazil. This incident occurred on Sunday, and the GCM had been conducting a reinforced patrol in the rural area when they discovered the stolen equipment on an access road. The loader belongs to the Municipal Department of Urban Services and was reported stolen on March 9 in the Varinhas neighborhood.
