The city government encourages the use of the digital billing system through the Manaus Atende app, providing a 10% discount for those who opt for this method. In addition to the higher discount for using the digital payment option, taxpayers who choose to pay in installments via the app will receive a 2% discount on each installment paid on time. Conversely, those who utilize the physical payment slip or the city’s service portal will receive a smaller discount of 8% when paying in a single installment.
