The program, organized by the Public Defender's Office and other partner agencies, operates daily from 8 AM to 2 PM, specifically in the neighborhood of Professor Araceli Souto Maior.

Services offered include the issuance of the new National Identification Card (RG), assistance related to INSS benefits, CPF services, and legal advisement in civil, family, and criminal law. Common inquiries include requests for duplicate birth or marriage certificates, divorce proceedings, child custody, paternity recognition, and process consultations. This outreach program aims to address significant legal and documentation needs within the community, especially amongst vulnerable populations.

Additionally, the initiative also provides guidance on the rights of disabled individuals and support for cases of denied pension benefits.
