Marina del Pilar announces expansion of air connectivity in Baja California and investment in infrastructure

New routes set to commence operations include Tijuana to Mérida, starting June 1, 2026, offering four weekly flights. Flights will depart Tijuana at 8:00 AM on specific weekdays, while return flights from Mérida to Tijuana will leave at 2:00 PM on selected days. Another route, Tijuana to Puerto Escondido, will also be reactivated with three weekly flights starting June 2, 2026. These new connections are anticipated to foster economic growth and enhance travel options for residents and visitors alike.
