In an exciting match that determined the final semifinalist in Estonia's volleyball championships, Võru Barrus Võrkpalliklubi overcame Audentes/Solarstone in five sets, winning the quarterfinal series 2-0. The match showcased a thrilling performance from the young Audentes players, necessitating that Barrus head coach Oliver Lüütsepp call upon his strongest players to secure victory, even though they began the match with several key players absent. The successful strategy paid off, demonstrating Barrus's resilience and determination.
Captain Kristo Kollo emerged as Barrus's best player during the match, scoring 24 points with a significant contribution to the team's attacking efforts. Alongside Kollo, his teammates Karl Jakobson and Robin Kahu added crucial points, resulting in Barrus boasting an impressive reception rate of 55% and a solid attack percentage of 46%.
