On Friday afternoon, a tragic accident occurred on the ES-257 highway at a location known as Morro das Almas in the rural area of Aracruz, Espírito Santo. The accident resulted in the immediate death of the driver of the first vehicle, identified only as the driver of the Cronos, who was thrown from the car upon impact. The other two occupants of the second vehicle, a Classic, were severely injured; however, the driver, identified as José Carlos Sacramento, a 21-year-old man, succumbed to his injuries en route to a hospital. The passenger from the Classic was taken to São Camilo Hospital in serious condition, highlighting the severe impact of the collision on those involved.
