In the village of Horoševa, located in the Ludza municipality of Latvia, residents are facing significant transportation challenges due to impassable gravel roads which have turned into muddy paths after logging activities. Nikolajs Kiģitovičs, a local resident, described the difficulties he faces, stating that the road leading to his home has not been accessible for over a week, forcing him to navigate a kilometer stretch with rubber boots. He expressed frustration at the lack of action taken in response to his complaints about the road conditions, which he believes were compromised shortly after construction took place.
