The inaugural session of the 2026 'City Hall Close to You' program took place on February 28 at the Municipal School Profª Ruth Azevedo Romeiro, attracting significant participation from the Triângulo community. Over the span of just three hours, the initiative organized by the Pindamonhangaba City Hall and the Communication and Events Secretariat managed to provide an impressive total of 1,547 services, demonstrating the community's eagerness for engagement with local governance.

Health-related services emerged as the most sought after, accounting for 528 of the total interventions, while animal welfare initiatives, particularly with the Cepatas service for pet sterilization, garnered 378 registrations. The event also saw active participation from the Environment Secretariat, which accounted for 264 services, including the distribution of seedlings, illustrating a concerted effort to promote environmental sustainability alongside health services. Other departments also contributed, with 100 services recorded by The Tribune and 52 by the Sports and Leisure Secretariat, showcasing the diverse range of services made available to residents.

The success of the event underscores the importance of direct access to public services, fostering a closer relationship between the community and authorities.
