The Fotofest held in Pärnu this year is themed "Timeless" and showcases a series of exhibitions that delve into profound topics encompassing identity, corporeality, nature, intimacy, and memory. This ninth edition of the festival is notable for presenting a diverse array of photographic art across nine different exhibitions located throughout the city. According to Piret Bergmann, the director of the Pärnu City Gallery, the festival has drawn significant attention for its engaging display of black-and-white and analog photography, which many attendees have found appealing.

One of the highlights of this year's festival is an exhibition titled "Pisarad vihmas" featuring works by students from the Pallas photo department and Lithuanian artist Virginijus Kincinaitis.
