The police spotted two individuals behind a table used for drug sales, leading to a confrontation where one suspect fled while the other resisted arrest and fought with police officers.

During the operation, law enforcement seized a range of illicit substances including 57 crack rocks, 68 bags of marijuana, 218 capsules of cocaine, and a radio communicator, all of which were visible on the table where the suspects were found. Authorities noted that there was an outstanding arrest warrant issued against the suspect, which further emphasized the seriousness of his criminal activities. Following the arrest, the individual was taken to the Angra dos Reis police station where he will be held pending further legal action.
