The Federal Institute of Acre (Ifac) has announced the availability of 30 spots for free Spanish language courses at its Rio Branco campus. These courses are aimed at students, institute staff, and members of the external community who possess a basic understanding of Spanish. Enrollment for these courses will take place on Monday (16) between 14:30 and 17:00 at the campus located in the Xavier Maia neighborhood.
The courses comprise 15 spots for Level A2 (basic Spanish) classes, which will occur on Tuesdays from 17:30 to 19:30, and 15 spots for Level B1 (intermediate Spanish) classes set for Wednesdays at the same time. The program is part of the Initial and Continuing Education (FIC) modality and will be conducted in a hybrid format, featuring weekly in-person sessions along with complementary activities.
This initiative not only provides an opportunity for language learning but also fosters community engagement and educational development in Rio Branco. By making these courses accessible, Ifac aims to support both personal growth and potential professional enhancements for participants, contributing to a more linguistically diverse community in the region.
