Explore installation art! Creative daily activities for children
This project invites children and adults to engage in creative activities related to art, with daily ideas shared throughout March.
The project encourages participation from children and their parents by providing a daily creative idea related to installation art. Participants are invited to submit photos of their creations to showcase their artistic expressions, with a chance to win a children's book. Every day in March, LSM plans to highlight educational and creative tasks associated with various aspects of the museum, including its architecture, artists, history, paintings, sculptures, and other relevant topics.
Collaboration with LNMM, the project aims to make art more accessible to families. It integrates learning about the museum and the different artistic techniques involved in installation art. Children and adults will explore the museum's resources while celebrating birthdays and participating in contests, reinforcing community engagement through creativity.
The installations presented at the museum use diverse elements—light, screens, objects, and videos—to create unique atmospheres and experiences for viewers, prompting reflections on freedom, protest, and the individual's role in societal change. This initiative not only fosters artistic appreciation among young audiences but also strengthens their understanding of important contemporary themes through hands-on involvement.
