Dimand’s Gross Development Value rises to 1.36 billion euros

Dimand's Gross Development Value has significantly increased to 1.36 billion euros in 2025, reflecting its growing portfolio of real estate projects.

In 2025, the Gross Development Value (GDV) of Dimand, a prominent Greek real estate development company, surged to approximately 1.36 billion euros. This increase, from 1.024 billion euros in 2024, underscores the group's robust investment activities and expansion in various real estate sectors. The current investment portfolio consists of 13 projects that range from office and logistics spaces to residential complexes and hotels, highlighting the company's diverse interests in the real estate market.

Moreover, Dimand's real estate investments' fair value rose to about 175 million euros in 2025, an increase from 142 million euros the previous year. Concurrently, investments in joint ventures also grew, reaching 96 million euros compared to 87 million euros in 2024. This financial growth is paralleled by a rise in the group's net asset value (NAV) to approximately 218 million euros, compared to 180 million euros at the end of 2024, indicating a healthy financial position and optimistic outlook for further developments.

In terms of operational results, Dimand reported a turnover of 60 million euros, nearly doubling from 28 million euros in the previous year, while operating profits soared to 39 million euros from 23 million euros. The company's earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) also reflect this positive trend, showcasing a strong recovery and growth trajectory as the economy rebounds. Such performance solidifies Dimand's position as a key player in the Greek real estate sector.
