The value of Dimand's developments increased to 1.36 billion

Dimand's estimated gross development value rose significantly to €1.36 billion in 2025, reflecting increased investment activity.

In 2025, the estimated gross development value (GDV) of projects developed by Dimand reached €1.36 billion, a substantial increase from €1.024 billion in 2024. This growth signifies an expansion of the group's investment activities across various sectors. The company's investment portfolio comprises 13 projects at different stages of development and completion, which include office spaces, logistics, residential and hotel complexes, as well as mixed-use developments.

The fair value of real estate investments rose to approximately €175 million, up from €142 million in 2024, while the value of investments in joint ventures reached €96 million, an increase from €87 million the previous year. Concurrently, Dimand's net asset value (NAV) increased to around €218 million from €180 million at the end of 2024, indicating a healthy growth trajectory for the company.

On the performance front, Dimand reported a revenue of €60 million, a substantial rise compared to €28 million in the previous year. The operating profits also showed significant improvement, rising to €39 million from €23 million, strengthening the company's financial position and reflecting its expanding role in the real estate market in Greece.
