On Tuesday, police in Mato Grosso do Sul discovered a house in the Nova Corumbá neighborhood of Corumbá that was being utilized as a 'warehouse' for drug trafficking. Officers from the 1st Police Station in Corumbá seized approximately 210 kilograms of skunk, a potent form of marijuana, along with other drugs such as 'ice,' a more valuable derivative of cannabis. This operation followed a tip-off regarding suspicious trafficking activities in the area.

The investigation began when police received a report indicating illicit activities in the neighborhood. As a result, officers initiated surveillance on the property and observed a high volume of vehicle traffic around the house, which further raised their suspicions. Upon approaching the residence, they found a male suspect exhibiting nervous behavior, and upon entering, they discovered a significant cache of drugs, leading to further inspections.

In total, two men and one woman were arrested during the raid for their involvement in drug trafficking.
