A shocking honey trap case has emerged in Bilaspur district, Chhattisgarh, where a woman allegedly lured a young man to her home under the pretext of her son's birthday party, recorded an intimate encounter, and then blackmailed him for money.
In a disturbing incident reported from Bilaspur district in Chhattisgarh, a woman has been accused of orchestrating a honey trap to extort money from a young man. The woman invited the man to her home under the guise of celebrating her son's birthday, but once there, he was allegedly entrapped with another woman already present. The situation escalated when the woman secretly recorded intimate moments between the young man and the other woman, effectively creating blackmail material.
Police reports indicate that the victim, identified as 33-year-old Nohar Kumar Surya Wanshi, works as a tractor driver in the area and was familiar with the accused woman from a nearby village. The honey trap was meticulously planned, as the victim was first sent into a room with the other woman, where the recordings took place. Subsequently, the woman demanded Rs. 1 lakh (approximately $1,200) from the victim, threatening to go public with the explicit videos if he failed to comply with the demand.
Authorities at the Pachpedhi police station have launched an investigation following the victim's complaint. This case highlights the rising incidents of honey traps, which not only infringe upon individual privacy but also raise serious concerns about safety and security in interpersonal relationships.
