Most of the thousands of customers, who were on tours or vacations and used the airports in the United Arab Emirates and Qatar as transit points, have safely returned to Poland. A final group of several dozen clients is expected to arrive back within the next few hours, illustrating the agency's efficient response to the situation.

In its official communication, Itaka expressed gratitude to the clients for their understanding during this challenging time and acknowledged the governmental authorities that played a crucial role in the operations, particularly the Ministry of Sport and Tourism and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Their collaboration significantly aided in the logistics of coordinating flights and travel arrangements for Polish citizens in the area. Additionally, the travel agency thanked Polish Airlines LOT and Enter Air, as well as Smartwings, for their exemplary support.
