This disturbing incident follows a prior shocking report of a six-year-old girl being raped in the area, raising significant concerns about safety for women. The woman, who works in the health department, was waiting for a bus when she accepted a lift from a car that had three occupants. As the car traveled, one person exited, and shortly thereafter, the driver began to harass her.
