Pico Bistrot in Guarene, Italy, has reopened with a renewed menu focusing on shared dining experiences.
On March 6, Pico Bistrot, located in the picturesque hills of Roero in Guarene, Italy, reopened its doors with a fresh approach to dining. The bistro, which is part of the La Madernassa estate, aims to attract a broader audience while maintaining the culinary excellence of chefs Giuseppe D’Errico and Francesco D’Errico. The revamped menu is designed to be more agile and convivial, enabling a more informal dining experience that invites community and sharing among diners.
The new project comes from a collaboration between the Neapolitan chefs and siblings Paolo Montanaro and Stefania Montanaro, who lead the gastronomic company Tartuflanghe. The concept revolves around providing recognizable yet accessible cuisine, turning the bistro into a more relaxed setting within a gastronomic complex that has firmly established its presence in the Langhe region in recent years.
