On March 6, Pico Bistrot, located in the picturesque hills of Roero in Guarene, Italy, reopened its doors with a fresh approach to dining. The bistro, which is part of the La Madernassa estate, aims to attract a broader audience while maintaining the culinary excellence of chefs Giuseppe D’Errico and Francesco D’Errico. The new project comes from a collaboration between the Neapolitan chefs and siblings Paolo Montanaro and Stefania Montanaro, who lead the gastronomic company Tartuflanghe.
