On the morning of Saturday, December 7, 78-year-old Liva Xavier Sirqueira lost her life in a tragic car accident that occurred on the ring road heading towards the Detran-MS in Campo Grande, Brazil. The incident involved a car carrying five individuals when it swerved to avoid a pothole. Unfortunately, in doing so, the driver encountered another vehicle coming in the opposite direction, leading to a loss of control of their own vehicle. As the driver attempted to maneuver back into the lane to avoid a head-on collision, the car rolled over at least three times. Emergency responders arrived on the scene but found that only three individuals remained at the site. Tragically, one passenger died at the scene, while a child who was also in the car had to be extricated from the wreckage by rescue teams. Both the driver and the child were subsequently transported to a medical facility for treatment.
