The motorcyclist suffered severe injuries and was quickly transported to SΓ£o JosΓ© Hospital in Nova Serrana, where he remains in a critical state. His passenger, a 19-year-old male, also sustained injuries and was taken to the city's Emergency Care Unit (UPA) by rescue services.
