airBaltic plans to conduct a repatriation flight from Dubai on Saturday

airBaltic is set to operate its third repatriation flight from Dubai to Riga on Saturday evening, March 7.

Latvia's national airline, airBaltic, is preparing to conduct its third repatriation flight from Dubai to Riga, scheduled for Saturday evening, March 7. The flight, designated as BT7756, is expected to depart from Dubai's Al Maktoum International Airport at 19:20 local time. The aircraft will make a technical stop in Heraklion, Greece, before arriving in Riga on Sunday, March 8, at 3:40 local time. The flight is planned to accommodate 147 passengers.

Currently, airBaltic is processing applications for repatriation flights from Dubai, and each application is being individually evaluated. Passengers who submitted prior applications for the announced repatriation flights do not need to reapply, as submitting multiple applications could delay the processing of requests. The airline aims to communicate directly with those passengers who are offered a seat on the flight, providing them with the necessary further instructions.

This repatriation flight initiative comes amid ongoing efforts to assist Latvian citizens and residents stranded abroad due to travel restrictions and other challenges posed by the pandemic. As airBaltic continues to respond to the needs of its passengers, these flights serve a crucial role in ensuring that Latvians can return home safely and efficiently.
