Cargo of coffee valued at R$ 2 million recovered in southern Bahia

A cargo of coffee worth R$ 2 million was recovered by police in Itabuna, Bahia, after being stolen and abandoned by thieves.

Police in Itabuna, southern Bahia, have successfully recovered a cargo of coffee valued at R$ 2 million. The cargo was found in a truck that had been stolen by three men in the district of Itamarati, Ibirapitanga, situated along the BR-101 highway. The recovery took place on the evening of Wednesday, the 4th.
