This initiative was part of 'Operation Redecarga,' which targeted organized crime specializing in cargo theft and was coordinated by the Department of Combat to Cargo Theft (DCRC) in collaboration with the National Network to Combat Cargo Theft and Theft. Operations were conducted across 16 states and aimed to combat the significant issue of cargo theft in Brazil.
The operation included the execution of four preventive arrest warrants and three search and seizure warrants across the cities of Timon and Imperatriz.
