In anticipation of the upcoming 2026 FIFA World Cup, Mexico City has announced a significant initiative to engage fans by hosting a FIFA Fan Festival in the renowned Zócalo. This festival will feature a gigantic LED screen measuring 510 square meters, making it the largest among the venues across the tournament's three host countries. The entire event is expected to run from June 11 to July 19, coinciding with the tournament’s games, and aims to draw football enthusiasts into the heart of the city, transforming the Zócalo into a vibrant hub for fans.
