A man was arrested in Picuí, Paraíba, after breaking into the Centro de Atenção Psicossocial (CAPS) on Monday, following a reported break-in the previous day. The suspect reportedly entered the facility through the roof, damaging the interior in the process, and stole a television and two gas canisters. The incident was reported to the police by a staff member who discovered the missing items during their shift.

The Police Civil of Paraíba launched an investigation after the staff member's report. They reviewed security footage from the CAPS, which allowed them to track the suspect's actions as he scaled the building and broke in through the roof. This investigative work led the police to successfully identify the suspect and locate him at his home on Monday at around 10 AM.
