This initiative is part of broader efforts to address the needs of victims of violence in the state.
The announcement also highlighted the financial support received to facilitate this resettlement. A total of N1.25bn was raised from various donors, including Senator Oluremi Tinubu, the Nasarawa State Government, and the United Bank for Africa, among others. Mrs. Aber expressed that these funds are intended not only for the Yelewata victims but for all victims affected by attacks in the state, underscoring the governmentβs commitment to rebuilding communities impacted by violence.
