In recent days, a series of moderate earthquakes have been reported near one of the most secretive military bases in the United States, Area 52, which is associated with historical nuclear testing. According to the United States Geological Survey (USGS), 16 tremors exceeding a magnitude of 2.5 have occurred in the last 24 hours near the Tonopah Test Range, known as Area 52. Overall, there have been more than 100 seismic events documented within an 80-kilometer radius in the past week, indicating heightened seismic activity in this region.
