'Cine Gestão': open enrollment for free training that combines audiovisual and entrepreneurship
Open enrollment has begun for a free training program that integrates audiovisual skills with entrepreneurship in Brazil's Sertão region.
Enrollment has opened for a free course called 'Cine Gestão - Entrepreneurship and Audiovisual in the Sertão,' aimed at equipping audiovisual professionals with the necessary management skills to run projects effectively. This initiative seeks to promote cultural and economic development in underserved regions of Brazil, especially within the Sertão, where such opportunities are limited.
The program will offer 30 spots, and applications must be submitted by March 5 through a designated form. The training will take place from March 7 to March 14 and will consist of three modules that cover technical skills in audiovisual production, executive production and personnel management in audiovisual projects, and branding and identity for audiovisual ventures. Each module will include a mix of in-person and virtual sessions, with a total duration of 80 hours.
Classes will be held at the Cineteatro da Praça Céu das Águas in the Rio Corrente neighborhood, providing access to practical, hands-on training. By combining audiovisual education with entrepreneurship, the program aims to foster a new generation of creative professionals who can contribute to the local cultural landscape and stimulate economic growth in the Sertão area.
