Mutirão to regularize voter registration in Cuiabá: see necessary documents and how to participate

The Regional Electoral Tribunal of Mato Grosso is holding an event in Cuiabá for residents to regularize their voter registration on Saturday, where various services will be offered.

The Regional Electoral Tribunal of Mato Grosso (TRE-MT) is organizing a special event on Saturday, where residents of Cuiabá can regularize their voter registration. This initiative, promoted by the 51st Electoral Zone, will take place at the Escola Estadual Eliane Digigov Santana on Avenida Juliano Costa Marques from 9 AM to 2 PM. The event aims to facilitate voter registration and ensure that citizens can participate in upcoming elections.

During the event, several important services will be provided, including first-time voter registration, biometric registration, data review, and domicile transfer. Staffing will consist of eight personnel and six biometric kits, each equipped with a portable computer, fingerprint reader, camera, and signature collection tool, all standardized by the Superior Electoral Tribunal (TSE). This setup will allow voters to leave the event with a printed voter registration and guidance on downloading the digital document via the e-Título app, enhancing the accessibility of voting.

To take advantage of these services, attendees must bring an official photo identification, in physical or digital format. This community effort reflects the commitment of the electoral authorities to mobilize citizens and ensure that everyone has the opportunity to exercise their voting rights, particularly as elections approach in Brazil, where voter participation is vital to the democratic process.
