In a statement issued on Saturday, the ministry detailed that its field inspection teams are conducting rigorous checks on sales outlets and markets. The ministry also pledged to take necessary legal actions against any violations detected during these inspections.
To further enhance the availability of goods, the ministry has coordinated with major outlets to open 22 branches across the country that will operate 24 hours a day.
