Specifically, from 6 AM to 9 AM on March 1, locations such as the eastern coast of Gangwon and northern parts of Gyeongbuk are expected to see precipitation. Light rain showers may also affect southern Gyeongbuk, Busan, and Ulsan, but not exceeding 0.1mm. By the evening, rainfall is anticipated in Jeju Island from 6 PM leading up to midnight. Such conditions signify a transition into a wetter pattern of weather, which may be accompanied by cooler nighttime temperatures ranging from -1 to 8 degrees Celsius.

The Korea Meteorological Administration has advised caution as temperatures during the day could lead to melting ice on lakes and rivers, increasing the risk of accidents. Furthermore, strong winds are predicted along the coastal areas of Gyeongnam and Jeju, with gusts potentially reaching speeds of up to 55 km/h. Citizens are urged to remain vigilant regarding safety during these variable weather conditions, especially in light of the forecasted temperature differences exceeding 15 degrees between day and night in certain inland regions.
