The Fundação Joaquim Nabuco (Fundaj) has announced the opening of registrations for 14 free short courses, providing a total of 435 opportunities in various fields related to education and culture. These courses are available in both online and in-person formats, catering to a wide range of interests. Registrations will begin on Saturday, the 28th, and will remain open until March 26, requiring potential participants to fill out an online form and submit necessary documents.

A significant aspect of this initiative is Fundaj's commitment to inclusivity, with 25% of the openings reserved for candidates who self-identify as Black, travestis, transgender, coming from traditional communities, or who have disabilities and have completed their education in public schools. The aim is to provide equal opportunities and support diversity within the educational landscape.

The in-person classes will be held at the Ulysses Pernambucano campus located in Derby, while remote courses will utilize an online platform to accommodate students unable to attend physically. This initiative highlights Fundaj's role in expanding educational access and empowering marginalized groups in Brazilian society.
