BR-365, BR-452 and four other highways in the region have stop-and-go systems until Sunday; check the sections

Six highways in the Triângulo Mineiro and Alto Paranaíba regions of Brazil will be undergoing construction work until Sunday, implementing a stop-and-go traffic system for safer travel conditions.

From Monday, April 23, until Sunday, May 1, several highways including BR-365, BR-452, MGC-452, MGC-462, LMG-782, and LMG-798 will have construction work resulting in a stop-and-go traffic system. Implemented by EPR Triângulo, the concessionaire responsible for the roads, these interventions are aimed at enhancing road safety and improving traffic flow for drivers. Motorists are warned to exercise additional caution while navigating these affected routes.

These road works will disrupt the travel routines of motorists heading to various cities in the region such as Uberlândia, Uberaba, Araxá, Nova Ponte, and others within the Triângulo Mineiro and Alto Paranaíba. Specific areas on these highways will have reduced speed limits of 40 km/h to ensure safety during the construction period. EPR Triângulo indicates that the works include pavement milling and resurfacing along with various repairs and treatments to enhance the road conditions.

As the construction progresses, it emphasizes the importance of infrastructure maintenance in Brazilian highways to ensure not only safety but also efficiency in transportation. The temporary inconvenience will ultimately provide long-term benefits for travelers and the economy in the region, highlighting the ongoing efforts for improvements in public infrastructure projects across Brazil.
