Brigadier General Ahmad Mansur Dikko, the Commander of the 14 Brigade Nigerian Army, recently conducted an operational assessment visit to the headquarters of Sector 3, Operation Delta Safe (OPDS) in Owaza, located in Ukwa West Local Government. This visit is part of ongoing efforts aimed at enhancing the Army's operational effectiveness, particularly under the framework of Operation Eastern Sanitation, which focuses on maintaining order and security in the region.

During his tour, which included a stop at Sector 8, Operation CRUSH in Akirika Obu, Brigadier General Dikko emphasized the necessity for the troops to uphold professionalism and a disciplined approach whilst performing their constitutional duties. The presence of Commodore BU Quadri, the Commandant of the Nigeria Navy College of Accounting and Finance, highlighted the collaborative nature of military operations, as different branches of the armed forces work together to achieve common goals in the region.
