In the early hours of Friday morning in Campo Grande, Brazil, a driver under the influence of alcohol collided with a Civil Police vehicle, causing significant damage to his car. The incident occurred around 4:28 AM on Avenida Manoel da Costa Lima, as police were conducting patrols in the area.
