The University of Guayaquil's Entrepreneurship Center, known as Innovug, achieved accreditation as a certified incubator during a recent official ceremony. This honor was bestowed by Ecuador's Minister of Education, Gilda Alcívar García, who recognized the center's compliance with national regulations governing innovation and technology transfer spaces. The accreditation is significant as it positions the center to better support student and faculty entrepreneurial projects, fostering innovation in the region.
