Lafarge Africa revenue hits record N1.1 trillion in 2025

Lafarge Africa has reported record revenue of N1.1 trillion for the year ending December 31, 2025, marking a significant increase from the previous year.

Lafarge Africa Plc has reported a landmark financial achievement, surpassing the N1 trillion revenue mark for the first time in its history for the year ended December 31, 2025. The company's revenue surged by 53 percent, climbing from N696.8 billion in 2024 to an impressive N1.1 trillion. This substantial growth reflects the company's strong performance in a challenging economic environment, highlighting its expanding market presence and operational efficiency.

In addition to record revenue, Lafarge Africa's profitability also experienced notable growth. Profit before tax soared by 170 percent to N411.3 billion, while profit after tax jumped by 173 percent to reach N273 billion, compared to N100.1 billion the previous year. These results indicate not only improved sales but also enhanced profitability, suggesting that the company's strategic initiatives have effectively enhanced their bottom line. This financial success comes at a time when many industries are facing economic difficulties, positioning Lafarge Africa as a robust leader in the cement market.
