Immocap, one of the largest developers in Bratislava, has unveiled its plan for a new real estate complex named Aura, situated in the predominantly office area of Mlynské Nivy, near the Plynárenská street. The ambitious project carries a price tag of 45 million euros and focuses on providing office spaces, which have traditionally fueled Immocap's growth, alongside residential apartments.
